"During the holidays, I had to file a claim on my homeowner's policy. As a recent widow, I was nervous handling everything on my own, so I contacted Kim Lee who referred me to Chaylee on her team. Chaylee very patiently explained everything to me, making contacts with my claims specialist and even identifying one area where I might want to add coverage which I did for a very nominal amount of money. I've done business with Kim and her staff for years and they are the best! I highly recommend her team for all your insurance needs."
