"I have been with this insurance agent now for 2 months, started off great. However as the last few months have played out, I have been very disappointed. This agency gets a 3 star from me, because they are average. There were multiple times that our calls or texts to try to get answers have been ignored. They will get back to you eventually, but sometimes it will be whenever they get around to it,not ASAP! I'm a positive person, and I don't expect perfection. But these folks need to improve to change my opinion! Shop wisely for your insurance needs!"

"I have been using Kim for about 12 years now I think . Even though I moved about 2 hours away . In all those years I have never heard even one of her people sound agitated . They are the nicest bunch of people I've ever dealt with . About two and a half years ago I lost everything I owned to a house fire and almost lost myself . I have heard a lot of bad things about insurance companies when things go wrong . That was not my experience . State farm literally took care of me . I made one call and had people calling me almost every day asking what I needed . State Farm took me from homeless back to where I was before the fire . Everyone was so kind and caring. I have absolutely no complaints about anything . I will be a state farm man for life . Thank you Kim and State Farm ."
